Norport Group Home CBRF

The Norport Group Home, located in Port Washington, WI, is classified as a small CBRF and is licensed for the maximum number of eight residents. The assessment process consists of family interviews, review of background information, resident skill potential and orientation. Prospective residents have the option to visit any for our group homes for meals, activities, and possibly extended stays. These visits will help to ensure a smooth transition to their new home.
