Norport Group Home CBRF

The Norport Group Home, located in Port Washington, WI, is classified as a small CBRF and is licensed for the maximum number of eight residents. The home is a single story with six bedrooms and is ramped at both exits. The facility has three full bathrooms equipped with grab bars, and wheelchair accessible to the sinks.

The Norport Group Home is classified as a CNA facility that supports adults with Developmental Disabilities who are ambulatory, semi- ambulatory and non-ambulatory. This facility can support individuals requiring assistance for self-preservation under emergency conditions. Our facility provides an environment that allows the least restrictive community-based living, while providing the highest quality of care.

The assessment process consists of family interviews, review of background information, resident skill potential and orientation. Prospective residents have the option to visit any for our group homes for meals, activities, and possibly extended stays. These visits will help to ensure a smooth transition to their new home.
