Oak Court Group Home

The Oak Court Group Home is licensed by the state of Wisconsin's Department of Health and Family Services as a Community Based Residential Facility.  The home is licensed to accommodate eight adults with developmental disabilities and can support individuals who are semi-ambulatory and need assistance evacuating in emergency's.

The residents at Oak Court Group Home are a younger clientele with skills that allow for increased independent living. Our staff at Oak Court work closely with our residents to attain their goals, increase their independence and create a higher quality of life. Some residents may consider this home as a stepping stone towards their ultimate goal of independent living, while others may feel that this will provide them with the support and guidance they need throughout their life.  

The staff at Oak Court Group home have all of the required training, in addition to twelve hours of continued educational training. The additional training for the staff is tailored to the needs of the residents. The staff at Oak Court Group Home provide assistance with personal cares, activities of daily living, medication administration and much more.
